Ribolla Rebula 2018
A tapestry of a wine delivering fresh and piquant attack with hints of flowers and spices. The textured palate starts off generous and sweet, then quickly tapers to a crunchy mid-palate, and finishes with a refreshing, lightly tannic tug. Salty orange rind, white pepper, ginger, citrus pith, frangipani, cherry, apricot and peach are underlined by a botanical quality. A wildly food-friendly wine, the food pairing options with this Rebula is endless. We suggest that you start your exploration with vegetable stir-fry, cauliflower gratin, ahi tuna ginger-miso sauce, or Thai curry.
