In my small cellar I collect bottles of good winemakers from the area. The wines have to be special in a certain way. They are either a good presentation of a local grape variety or they are made in a special way. Many of them are whites, macerated on their skins ranging from two days to 7 months. The idea is to be able to organise tastings for people who want to know what wines are made in these regions
