Malvasia selection 2011
Istrian Malvasia is a grape variety from the remarkably diverse Malvasia family, present throughout the Mediterranean but with its origins in Greece. Thanks to the efforts of winemakers along the northern Adriatic coast, Istrian Malvasia is the best known Malvasia in the world. In the Karst region, Malvasia shares the crown with Vitovska as the queen of white grape varieties.

Opmerking Aldovino
Geen sediment, helder en zeer diep goud tegen amber aan. 2011 dus al 10 jaar op de fles. Dit is bijzonder, Stemberger heeft gewacht tot de wijn optimaal was voor deze stijl. Nog steeds fris, nog steeds de zuren maar een overweldigende hoeveelheid aan tertiaire aroma's, veel meer dan hiernaast beschreven.
